Our Water Cooker is built around a dual-belt system that ensures controlled product positioning and a guaranteed cooking time throughout the cooking process. Products are guided between an upper and a lower belt, preventing movement and ensuring uniform heat exposure. Indirect steam heating, combined with PLC-controlled temperature and water level management, maintains accurate and stable cooking conditions. Adjustable water flow at the inlet supports even product distribution, while the hygienic stainless-steel construction is designed in accordance with EHEDG guidelines for food safety and cleanability.

Temperature, water level, pump control, and belt speed are managed through a PLC-controlled touchscreen interface with recipe handling and remote service capability. The insulated substructure supports energy-efficient operation, while the liftable superstructure provides full access to belts and internal components for efficient cleaning. Optional features such as scraper belts, rotating particle drums, and CIP support further enhance hygiene and operational reliability
