Adjustable airflow, humidity, and belt speed give processors control over color development, moisture retention, and final texture. When used after surface-sealing processes such as contact cooking with our Belt Grill or our Fryer, this Spiral Oven becomes a powerful tool for maximizing yield while maintaining a visually appealing and consistent end product. Our customers report achieving as much as 4 to 7% yield increase using our Belt Grill or Fryer prior our Spiral Oven.
