OctoFrost is looking for an R&D Group Manager to play a key role in a global growth journey.
Do you have solid experience in design of industrial equipment, a strong customer focus, and a drive for efficiency through platform thinking and standardization? Are you also a confident leader who wants to be a part of a committed team supporting the global food industry with high end solutions? Then this may be the position for you!
As R&D Group Manager, you will ensure that technical solutions, product platforms and design standards are used and developed to meet present and future demands. A critical success factor will be balancing requests from Sales and customers with platform thinking and standardization. The role is based in Malmö, reporting directly to the CEO, and you will be part of the management team.
You will lead a team of 12 engineers located in Malmö and at OctoFrost’s two sites in the Netherlands, which you will visit regularly. The role also includes customer and supplier visits.
