What Makes Our Linear Oven Different
Our Linear Oven combines controlled airflow, adjustable humidity, and flexible temperature settings within a closed-hood conveyor system. Products are transported on a continuous stainless-steel belt through one or two independently controlled cooking zones, allowing different cooking conditions within the same oven. Adjustable air flow plates make it possible to fine-tune air direction and intensity, from high-impact air cooking to gentler turbulence-based heat transfer. This flexibility enables consistent cooking, controlled browning, and optimized yield across a wide range of applications.
