What is ClearOil?
ClearOil is a continuous oil filtration system developed for industrial frying processes. It removes contaminants such as crumbs, flour, sugars and allergens from the frying oil while production is running. By filtering particles down to 1 micron, ClearOil maintains consistent oil quality and prevents the buildup of degradation elements such as free fatty acids. The system operates automatically, separating solids from oil and reducing the amount of oil lost in waste. ClearOil can be integrated with all industrial fryers and installed either directly next to the fryer or in a separate area.
